Changelog

What shipped, dated.

Forseti is in private beta. Each entry is something built and tested; anything not yet live says so on its page.

  1. FeatureLive

Wave one: memory, packs, intent and readiness

    • Team memory: dismiss with “not useful here” to create a repo-scoped learning; .forseti/rules.md read from the base branch; a noise budget that scales with PR size; the Quality page with live precision. In testing More
    • Price Guard 2.0: a monthly forecast, ceilings per developer, team and repo, credit-back for findings marked incorrect, and cost per bug caught. More
    • Attention map: up to three hunks that need human eyes, with reasons, plus two suggested reviewers from CODEOWNERS and recent authors. More
    • Domain packs for money, migrations, tenancy and auth, PII and architecture, enabled per org, repo and path. More
    • Import from CodeRabbit, Greptile, Bugbot, Copilot, Gemini, Cursor rules and AGENTS.md, with a preview before anything applies; export as .forseti.yaml and .forseti/rules.md. More
    • Intent check against linked issues, with evidence per acceptance criterion. In testing More
    • Ask Forseti on PR detail and with @forseti ask; release notes per PR and per range. More
    • Supply-chain checks on lockfile and manifest changes. In testing More
    • Readiness board with Slack and Teams digests. More
    • A proposed stack split for oversized PRs, and @forseti split. More
    • Adapters for GitLab, Bitbucket and Azure DevOps: built; reviews on them switch on in a coming release. More
  2. Site

A new logo and the full website

    • The forseti wordmark, with a keystone for the dot of the i, is now the logo across the site, the app, favicons and share images. More
    • Product, feature, pricing, compare, security, docs, roadmap and legal pages; a wider layout for large screens.
  3. FeatureLive

First build: reviews you can price and trust

    • GitHub App with four-click onboarding; the first review starts by itself on your latest small open PR. More
    • Glance, Standard and Deep reviews, with a verification pass before anything posts. More
    • Price Guard: estimate on the PR first, caps per PR, repo-month and org-month that degrade to Glance or pause, and @forseti confirm above the cap. More
    • Review Ledger: stable finding IDs across pushes, incremental re-reviews, one check run per head commit. More
    • Commands: review, confirm, pause, resume, config, explain and help. More
    • Policies by repo, branch and path, and .forseti.yaml on the base branch. More
    • Dashboard: reviews, PR detail, policies, repos, spend, insights, team and settings, with an audit log.
