Terms of service

Last updated 16 Oct 2026

The agreement

These terms are an agreement between UnknwnAI ([company number], [registered address]) and the organisation or person that creates a Forseti workspace (“you”). By installing the Forseti GitHub App or using the dashboard, you accept them on behalf of that organisation and confirm you may do so. Our data processing agreement forms part of these terms.

The service

Forseti reviews pull requests with AI models and posts findings, a summary and a check run to your code host. Findings are suggestions. They can be wrong or incomplete, and Forseti never approves, merges or pushes code. You decide what to merge.

Features marked “early access”, “ready, connect your account” or “coming” may change or be withdrawn, and are provided without any service commitment.

Accounts and workspaces

Keep sign-in details secure and tell us about any unauthorised use. Workspace owners and admins control who has access, which repositories are reviewed, and the settings and caps that apply. You are responsible for activity in your workspace.

Credits, pricing and payment

Reviews use credits. One credit is £0.01. The price of a review depends on its depth and size and is shown on the pull request before the review runs. When a spending cap is reached, reviews continue at the lightest depth and say so; we do not top up your balance automatically.

Plan prices, included credits and top-ups are shown on the pricing page and at checkout. Prices exclude VAT, which is added where it applies. [Expiry of unused credits and refund terms to be confirmed.]

Your content

You keep all rights in your code, pull requests and other content. You give us a limited licence to access, process and transmit it only to provide Forseti to you, including sending it to our model provider for the review. We do not train models on your content and we do not store your repository or diffs.

Acceptable use

  • Do not use Forseti for anything unlawful, or to process content you have no right to share.
  • Do not try to break, overload or get around the limits or security of the service.
  • Do not resell Forseti, or use it to build a competing product, without our written agreement.
  • Follow the terms of your code host and of any integration you connect.

Third-party services

Forseti relies on your code host and our model provider, and connects to tools you choose. We are not responsible for those services, and their availability can affect ours.

Feedback

If you send us ideas or feedback, we may use them without obligation to you. Marking a finding as accepted or dismissed tunes Forseti for your workspace; it does not train a model on your code.

Confidentiality

Each of us will protect the other’s confidential information with reasonable care and use it only for this agreement.

Warranties

We will provide Forseti with reasonable skill and care. Beyond that, and to the extent the law allows, the service is provided “as is”. We do not promise that every defect will be found or that every finding is correct.

Liability

Neither of us is liable for indirect or consequential loss, or loss of profit, revenue or data. Each party’s total liability under this agreement is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. [Cap to be confirmed by legal review.]

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not allow to be limited.

Suspension and ending

You can stop at any time by uninstalling the GitHub App and deleting your workspace. We may suspend or end your access if you materially breach these terms, with notice where we reasonably can. When the agreement ends we delete your data as the data processing agreement describes.

Changes

We may update these terms. We will give workspace owners at least [30] days’ notice of a material change; continuing to use Forseti after that means you accept it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of [England and Wales], and the courts of [England and Wales] have exclusive jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, you keep any rights the law of your country gives you.
